Role Summary:
The HR Business Partner will be integral in aligning human resources initiatives with the division’s business goals. This role involves working alongside senior leadership providing strategic HR advice and hands-on support across various areas such as talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the division's objectives and drive business success.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices across the division.
- Change Leadership: Facilitate and manage organisational change initiatives, supporting leaders and employees through transitions.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes that drive high performance and accountability.
- HR Analytics: Use HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the operations division complies with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster a workplace culture that aligns with company values and enhances employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Solid HR experience within a true HRBP role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in leading and supporting change initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative approach and the ability to influence and drive HR initiatives that enhance business performance.
