Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety compliance
  • Manage daily operations
  • Oversee multiple personnel
  • Motivate all personnel to deliver an outstanding level of customer service. 
  • Support in managing animal welfare at all times. 
  • Ensure visitor welfare at all times. 
  • Be responsible for the specific key safety indicators duties allocated to you within the Health and Safety policy. 
  • Manage and maintain Café Environmental Health protocol and paperwork. 
  • Oversee operations working closely with the operations manager. 


Qualifications

  • Management qualification to a level 4 standard or more than 5 years industry experience in a management role. 
  • First Aid qualification – appointed person. 
  • NEBOSH/IOSH health and safety qualification 
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
  • Strong leadership skills
