Position summary:

This role is calling for a dynamic and driven Showroom sales Manager to cultivate fresh connections and elevate sales performance across the UK market. Ideal candidates will possess extensive industry networks within the A+D and high-end luxury design sectors, coupled with a deep understanding of their product offerings and clientele. Our client is looking for a natural sales talent with impeccable communication abilities, capable of seamlessly engaging with both clients and team members. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our showroom director to develop strategies aimed at surpassing sales targets and fulfilling client needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Display an entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven approach towards achieving success.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service to both new and existing customers, keeping them informed about new products and relevant updates.
  • Maintain exceptional operational and visual standards in the showroom, overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Hosting the showroom clients
  • Offering professional and well versed advice to clients
  • Organise regular presentations with design firms to educate them about our product range and customised services.
  • Engage in prospecting and business development activities with new and existing clients.
  • Attend and actively participate in local industry events to foster and strengthen relationships.
  • Manage the entire client lifecycle, aiming to surpass sales targets and foster repeat business opportunities.


Skills / Requirements:

  • Prior success selling high-end luxury items through networking, analysing industry trends and creating strategic client-centric sales plans.
  • Degree (B.A. / B.S.) preferably in Interior Design or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury sales within A&D industry with a proven track record
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a natural aesthetic appreciation/ eye
  • Ability to identify client needs and problem solve
  • Excellent communication and networking skill
  • Extensive knowledge with CRM systems and G-Suite / Microsoft Office
  • Strong proven luxury sales track record
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong multitasker
