Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Landscape Architect to join a dynamic team in London.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and collaborative spirit, with proven experience in managing large, complex, and small landscape projects.

This role is primarily office-based, as we believe that our young team benefits greatly from the guidance and experience of seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Oversee a small team of assistants, providing mentorship and direction.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Prepare and review detailed landscape architectural drawings and specifications.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Contribute to business development efforts by building strong client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

Requirements: Positive attitude and a team player.

Proven experience in running large, complex, and small landscape architecture projects.

Experience overseeing a small team of assistants on projects.

Significant UK experience is essential; international experience is also valued.

Healthcare project experience is beneficial but not critical.

Primarily office-based in London to provide support and guidance to our young team.
