Caddi Club “The Golf Club on your doorstep” is an agile start-up aiming to help shape an industry with our members at the core of everything we do. Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager at Caddi Club located in London. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Club Manager to learn all aspects of the club's operations and management.

The Role:

At Caddi Club, the Assistant Manager (AM) must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills. You should be able to think critically and make decisions based on the best interests of the club. You will receive hands-on training in areas such as customer service, sales and marketing, financial management, and more. This is a highly dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

A successful Assistant Manager will collaboratively partner with the rest of their team to develop goals and actionable items required to optimise performance and profitability.

Main Duties:

Shadow senior management to learn the day-to-day operations of the club
Participate in customer service and sales activities, including greeting guests and answering questions about the club
Assist with marketing and promotional efforts, including the creation of flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns
Work with the club management to develop strategies to increase membership and revenue
Assist with event planning and coordination
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
Day to day operation of the site
Ensure the golf club is kept in the highest possible condition
Train and supervise other staff members as needed
Monitor customer feedback and respond appropriately
Develop and maintain positive relationships with members and guests
Place supplier orders and complete weekly inventory checks
Looking for ways to improve the overall profitability of the store

Qualifications:
Experience in Hospitality Management, preferably in a club or restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Financial management and budgeting skills
Experience with software for scheduling and inventory management
Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Marketing and Sales experience is a plus
Experience with golf operations is a plus
