The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting for an experienced Night Care Manager for a fabulous care home in Luton.
Are you a positive role model with excellent leadership skills, where respect and dignity are at the centre of your values? Have you At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting

The ideal candidate will have previous care experience leading a care team to provide personalised care whilst meeting and exceeding resident’s expectations. 
Requirements for role:-
  • NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable for this role or must be willing to complete.  (level 2 may be considered pending sufficient experience)
  • At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
