We are currently recruiting for an experienced MACHINE OPERATIVE with some printing experience.

The Job Role:
  • Operating a silicone coater machine.
  • Packing products, which includes wrapping, weighing, and palletising goods.
  • Ensuring data is accurately recorded using an in-house computer system.
  • Following instructions and customer specifications.
  • Working to a priority list.
  • Meeting/exceeding performance standards with regard to safety/waste and quality.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Regular manual handling + manual dexterity.
  • Actively getting involved with initiatives and projects.

Skills:
  • Proven machine/printing experience (Full training provided for this role )
  • Understanding of all procedures relevant to the role.
  • Flexibility to work days/nights -Essential 
  • Numerate/Literate -Essential 
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Numerate/Literate -Essential 

Summary:
  • Full-time Days and Nights 
  • Hours of work 6 am-6 pm Days
  • 6 pm -6 am Nights (Nightshift Allowance £15 per night )
  • Training will be days and nights. Possible rota of 2 weeks nights out every 6 weeks ( tbc ) after training completed.
  • £12p/h to start increasing to once trained £13-£14 ph.
