Prototyper/Pre Production Build, Leicester, to £38k This Leicester based company POP/POS company now has an opening for a Prototyper/Pre Production Build Person. Based within a busy/fast paced department, you will be involved in working on temporary and permanent displays projects/structures, which will include operating circular saws, CNC’s, Lasers and Grovers. You will need to be an experienced fabricator with a joinery background, coupled with previous experience of acrylic fabrication and a good understanding of production build techniques as well as using AutoCAD drawings. Requirements:
  • Held a similar role, involving fabrication and joinery duties.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Good understanding of quality requirements.
  • Ability to follow all relevant procedures set out.
  • Be organised in their approach to the working day with good time management.
  • An ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal.
  • Be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Carry out other departmental duties as required.
  • Other duties as required.
 Office hours: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am-4pm on a Friday As this is an office-based position you will need to reside within a commutable distance of Leicester and sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
