Nursing Home ManagerSalary- £55,000 Hours- Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm

This role could be for you if you have:Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home. 
The home has a warm and homely atmosphere from the minute you walk through the door and it has an enviable reputation within the local community for its high quality care.
The Registered Manager will lead by example, managing a team of nurses, carers and support staff to meet the residents needs on a daily basis. 
You will be responsible for Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance. 
You will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:- 
  • A registered general nurse with a valid pin would be Desirable.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management- Essential
