Duties:
  • Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders and coding.
  • Dealing with purchase ledger invoices and queries.
  • Setting up new suppliers.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices or payments.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
Criteria:
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with Excel and Microsoft packages.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Experience working in administration.
