BlueMagic Group International is a pioneering hair transplant organization with its clinic based in Istanbul and Medical Consultancy Offices located in London, Dubai, Istanbul, and Tirana. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing teams in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. As the International Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive patient acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to the overall growth of our specialized hair transplantation services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, managing high-performance teams, achieving ambitious sales targets, and being ready to reallocate to Tirana, Albania. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions.
  • Lead a high-performance sales and marketing team, providing direction, guidance, and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, to ensure alignment between sales/marketing efforts and clinical operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including physicians, clinics, and strategic partners.
  • Drive product and service awareness through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, competitor's positioning, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to assist in the recruitment process where required and train staff.
  • Assign sales territories and targets to the sales team.
  • Responds and reports directly to the CEO’s.
 Main Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or International Sales Manager.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • C1 Level in English.
