I'm supporting a partner and we are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager or an experienced Pharmacist looking to step into management to join their team in a thriving Didcot pharmacy.

This is an opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise, lead by example, and provide exceptional service to patients.

*As a Pharmacist Manager, your duties will include - *
* Overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to GPhC regulations and high-quality patient care.
* Leading, motivating, and developing your pharmacy team for optimal performance.
* Managing stock control and procurement to guarantee efficient medication availability.
* Contributing to the pharmacy's financial targets and service delivery goals.
* Building strong relationships with patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

Pay: From £60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
