I'm supporting a partner and we are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager or an experienced Pharmacist looking to step into management to join their team in a thriving Didcot pharmacy. This is an opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise, lead by example, and provide exceptional service to patients.

  • As a Pharmacist Manager, your duties will include - *
  • Overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to GPhC regulations and high-quality patient care.
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your pharmacy team for optimal performance.
  • Managing stock control and procurement to guarantee efficient medication availability.
  • Contributing to the pharmacy's financial targets and service delivery goals.
  • Building strong relationships with patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
