*Job Description:* Are you a recent college graduate with a passion for content creation and a desire to make a positive impact? We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as a Content Executive. In this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage content for our training programs while gaining valuable experience and skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Content Development:* Assist in the creation of engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia content.
* *Content Curation:* Support the sourcing and evaluation of existing content to enhance our training programs.
* *Quality Assurance:* Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of training materials, following industry standards and best practices.
* *Content Management:* Assist in organising and maintaining a centralised repository of training content for easy access and retrieval.
* *Videography Support:* Provide assistance in filming, editing, and post-production tasks for training videos.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with senior team members, subject matter experts, and trainers to contribute to content development projects.
* *Content Optimization:* Participate in the review and improvement of existing content based on feedback and emerging trends.
* *Learning and Growth:* Take advantage of opportunities for professional development and learning to enhance skills in content creation and management.

*Qualifications:*
* Level 3 or above qualification in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, Creative Design or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic understanding of multimedia tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
