About the Role

With the Quilter Academy, you receive:
  • Potential to join an advice firm in an employed support role while qualifying to become a financial adviser.
  • Fully paid for access to an expert tutor and online curriculum to achieve the Level 4 Qualification ( DipFA® ) as well as the combined DipFA® and CeMAP® Program mes.
What's it like working as an adviser?

We'd love to have a chat with you about the varied and rewarding job of a financial adviser. In the meantime, here are a few of the things you may be doing as a financial adviser:
  • Generating new client opportunities
  • Ensuring clients make wise and profitable decisions to meet their financial goals
  • Preparing sound financial plans to ensure clients meet their targets
  • Advising clients on current financial issues and make recommendations
  • Generating new business and build introducer relationships
  • Customising financial plans according to clients' changing needs
  • Building strong relationships to retain existing clients
  • Maintaining and updating knowledge of regulations, practices, and financial products

About You

  • I'm looking to switch industries, or I have financial services experience already
  • I'm hard working and driven, with an excellent work ethic
  • I have good attention to detail, strong maths skills, and can learn to analyse financial information
  • I am trustworthy and feel that I could manage money in line with the appropriate rules and regulations
  • I'm experienced in MS Office and have worked with data management systems
  • I'm ethically minded and want to do the best by customers
  • I have great communication skills and enjoy building lasting relationships
