Are you a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a passion for Recruitment?

Quest Employment is currently seeking a talented Recruitment Resourcer to join our Stoke branch.

Hours; Monday to Friday 0800:1700  Pay; £12-12.50phr

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualities and experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient administrative processes
  • Proven administrative skills with the ability to manage registrations and update CRMs adeptly
  • A team player who is well-organized and adaptable
  • People management
  • Previous recruitment is desirable
  • Driving licence required

As a Recruitment Resourcer at Quest Employment, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing various administrative tasks with precision and speed, included completion of payroll
  • Registering candidates and maintaining up-to-date records in our systems
  • Confidently communicating with candidates and clients, building strong relationships
  • Demonstrating a professional and friendly attitude at all times
  • Monitoring productivity to optimize efficiency
  • Manage social media posts
  • Approaching problem-solving with a flexible and professional demeanor
