About the Role

Instead of working in one department, we’re looking for new team to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s.

As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work in our Bars department for the rest of the week. You will serve our wide variety of drinks and cocktails, clear tables and rest the venue during our entertainment shows and in between. 

Typical working hours cover 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with Mondays and Fridays essential. A variety of shifts between 9am - 4am available.

About You
We’re looking for high spirited and fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people.

Previous experience is not necessary as we will give you all the training you need. We are much more interested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making a difference to our guests.

No experience? No problem We will provide you with all the support and training you need to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in all areas relevant to your role. No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests.

You will need to be aged 18 or over due to licensing requirements. Live in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
