Instead of working in one department, we’relooking for new team to work across different teams on resort tosupport our guests and provide them with a fantastic experienceduring their stay with Butlin’s.

As a TeamMember Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning ouraccommodation and then will work in our Bars department for therest of the week. You will serve our wide variety of drinks andcocktails, clear tables and rest the venue during our entertainmentshows and in between. 

Typical workinghours cover 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 with Mondays andFridays essential. A variety of shifts between 9am - 4amavailable.

We’re looking for high spiritedand fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things andworking with a like-minded group ofpeople.

Previous experience is not necessary aswe will give you all the training you need. We are much moreinterested in your attitude, mindset and a passion for making adifference to our guests.

No experience? Noproblem We will provide you with all the support and training youneed to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in allareas relevant to your role. No day will ever be the same and youwill enjoy the variety of working with lots of different teammembers and guests.
Whether you’relooking for a role on a temporary basis, or you have your sightsset on a career with Butlin’s, these roles provide the perfectopportunity to get some hands-on experience in some of our mostguest facing areas.

You will need to be aged 18or over due to licensing requirements. Live in accommodation may beavailable for those relocating to thearea.
