Job DescriptionDeputy Nurse Manager Beautiful Nursing Home 26.50 per hour Full-TimeAs Deputy Nurse Manager youll help lead a high-performing nursing home with a Good CQC rating supporting residents living with nursing and dementia care needs. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact every day while growing your leadership career in a supportive environment.In this Deputy Nurse Manager position youll play a key part in driving high-quality person-centred care. Working alongside an experienced management team youll guide clinical practice support staff development and ensure residents receive safe compassionate and effective care.
