BIM Technician Immediately Required Must have MEP / Building Services Experience Our client is a leading M&E building services contractor delivering projects across commercial, retail, healthcare, education and leisure sectors. Operating as part of integrated project teams, they design, coordinate and install complex mechanical and electrical services on schemes ranging from plantroom upgrades to large scale new builds. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are looking to appoint a BIM / Revit Technician with an M&E focus to strengthen their in - house design and coordination capability. This is an excellent opportunity for a Revit Technician or CAD / BIM Technician from an M&E background who wants to deepen their BIM experience and progress towards coordination and management responsibilities. Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to step into a management role, helping to shape the future of the department, its processes and procedures.
