Job descriptionWe are expanding our Paid Social team and are looking for a highly motivated and data driven Paid Social Lead to spearhead our companys overall growth strategy.As the Paid Social Lead you will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and achieving groups KPIsYour main responsibilities areLead our Paid Social teamProvide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with performanceManage and expand our Paid Social reach by identifying new markets maintaining existing markets and broadening our campaigns to reach our desired target audience.Maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholdersRegularly communicate with wider teams to provide updates on new funnels markets and marketing campaigns.Provide effective leadership and guidance to the team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Take responsibility for your teams performance and career developmentOur expectations to youScaling our current operations in established markets.Identify new GEOs to expand current operations and establish our presence there.Provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with performanceCollaborate with the marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing and business goals.Provide guidance and creative direction to ensure the promotion of our products/services is accurate compelling and compliant with industry regulations.Stay up-to-date with industry regulations guidelines and best practices to ensure all marketing activities are compliant.Implement processes and checks to monitor and address any potential violations or issues related to affiliate activities.Job requirementsWho you areMinimum 5 years previous experienceExperience in the iGaming and/or Affiliate sector is essentialComprehensive understanding of the digital marketing funnels and commercialHighly numerate analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROIYou thrive in a busy and vibrant environmentYou have strong attention to detailProfit focused and KPI drivenYou are process-oriented and wont be satisfied if the methodology is inefficientWhat makes you a great matchWe want the best people in our team and we believe that the following traits and experiences are important for becoming successful in this role as Paid Social Lead and it is the basis upon which we assess candidates.
