About the role:
We're looking for a Paid Social Lead to join our Strategy team at Coolr. In this role, you'll take ownership of developing and executing paid social strategies that drive results across a variety of clients and sectors. You'll lead campaign planning, optimisation, and performance analysis, working closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver standout social campaigns.

  • Lead on the development and execution of paid social strategies to meet client goals and objectives across a range of sectors.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of paid social campaigns, including setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting across all major social platforms.
  • Track performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal strategy and insight teams, as well as platform reps, to ensure best-in-class performance.

What we are looking for

  • Experience planning and managing paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment, across multiple clients and platforms.
  • Proficient in running campaigns across a range of paid social channels, including (but not limited to) Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat and Pinterest.
  • Skilled in using native platform tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and others.
  • Strong understanding of paid social principles, optimisation tactics, and best practices.
  • Consistently up to date on new formats, platform developments, and emerging approaches to paid social — and able to clearly communicate their impact to internal and external teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
