A Senior Business Analyst role with at least 10-12 years of experience to lead & engage with our leading Retail Consumer Goods clients to identify and support requirement gathering and validation against that are driving business values and guide through successful business initiatives and implementationsResponsibilitiesLead and drive Business Analysis across workstreams to drive and support the execution of retail and consumer goods initiatives for our customersImproving processes across the business by identifying and implementing logistical practisesEngage with business stakeholders and conducting workshops for requirement elicitationMap business processes and user journeys developing business domain models and associated documentation - Business process modelling Process flow modelling Data flow modelling Stakeholder analysisCreating the business requirements document including non-functional requirementsCreation of Process Maps (L1 L2 L3 L4) and undertaking gap analysis.Documentation of BRDs FSDs NFRs and RTMsSupport internal and external delivery teams with project planning functional and non-functional requirements testing reporting implementation and post-implementation activitiesSupport and facilitate the test team and business teams during business process validationSupport end users in adopting functional changes (e.g. training documentation implementation support)Contribute to research design and writing of articles/whitepapers and participate as a team member in collateral development.Required SkillsDomain expertise in Retail or Consumer Goods Industry across products such as Manhattan SAP e-commerce implementations with SalesforceExperience in leading and managing workshops senior stakeholder meetings and building relationships between external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver project objectivesAbility to manage 10 or more people as part of a cross-functional team comprising of business analysts developers testers and other support functionsAbility to manage timely and successful delivery of the project working with cross-functional teams to manage risks and measure and report on progressProven experience of leading projects across digital transformations and initiativesExperience in data analysis and modelling to add fact-based decision making to drive business decisions would be an added-valueProven track record of problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of workingNice To Have SkillsAgile PM/PO certificationOutside in approach to Thought Leadership
