Description
- Lead and manage financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develop comprehensive audit programs and risk assessments.
- Manage a team of auditors, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors when necessary.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing audit processes.
- Ensure all audit records are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Participate in strategic business decisions and initiatives.
Profile
A successful Senior Audit Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, ACA).
- Proven experience in a senior audit role within the professional services industry.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
