As a Service Charge Manager at Hyde, you will be leading the Service Charge Team to deliver accurate service charges for Hyde's properties. You will play a crucial role in managing team performance, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and contributing to the financial stability and reputation of Hyde.
Responsibilities
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the service charge team.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment.
• Identify and provide ongoing training to ensure the team has necessary skills and knowledge.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance against KPIs, and conduct regular reviews.
• Stay updated on regulations, legislate, and develop service charge policies in line with laws and regulations.
• Lead the annual estimate setting and statement production for the team, ensuring accuracy and strict deadlines.
Skills and Experience Required
• Minimum 3 years’ of management experience in a service charge calculations and compliance role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and risk mitigation in service charge processes.
• Ability to manage end-to-end administration of service charges, including budgeting, reconciliation, and customer interactions.
