Job DescriptionHR People Partner/Advisor Headquartered in BelfastFull-Time / Permanent (37 hours per week early finish on Fridays)Competitive salary and excellent benefits offeringWe are delighted to be supporting a large well established NI employer headquartered in Belfast City centre to recruit an experienced HR People Partner/HR Advisor for their high performing HR Operations Team.This is a new permanent HR People Partner/HR Advisor job reporting to the Senior People Partner. The role offers full time hours early finish on Fridays and a very attractive salary and benefits package.The successful HR People Partner/HR Advisor will enjoy working as part of a very busy teamproviding professional HR support across the organisations divisional teams. The HR role offers the opportunity to influence organisational performance employee relations and change management initiatives while working closely with management to deliver practical HR solutions.A minimum of 2 years Senior HR experience within a large fast paced organisation with strong employee relations exposure is essential.The close date for the role is Thursday 9th October at 12 noon.Top Things to Know About This Job:Fantastic salary and benefits generous annual leave pension early finish on FridaysFocus on employee relations performance management and organisational developmentOpportunity to work on HR projects and influence operational performanceThe Role:Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations including disciplinaries grievances and dignity at work issuesSupport performance management and coaching of managers to embed consistent processesAssist with absence management liaising with Occupational Health case reviews and redeployment where neededSupport recruitment selection and onboardingPrepare reports and HR metrics to monitor performance and absence trendsDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders and external agenciesContribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesPromote equality diversity and best practice in all HR activitiesThe Person:Minimum of 2 years HR experience including handling employee relations within a unionised environmentHNC/HND or equivalent in Business or HRM discipline; CIPD qualified preferredKnowledge of employment legislation and HR policiesStrong communication influencing and negotiation skillsExperience in manufacturing/operations advantageousAbility to travel across multiple sites within Northern IrelandThe Rewards:Attractive salary & benefitsFull time hours (37 hours per week.
