IT Field Services Coordinator

Depot Connect International is the leading independent UK service provider for tank transport & depot services. We operate over 80 modern tractor units and employ circa 300 people within our network of eight depots.Were looking for a highly motivated IT Field Services Coordinator to join our Manchester based this role youll provide hands-on support across our UK depots and remote support for EU locations playing a key role in driving our IT operations forward.Pay: Up to 45000.00 per yearKey responsibilities include:Providing onsite and remote IT support across UK and EU locationsLeading on hardware deployments site-level standards and local network troubleshootingSupporting the IT Director on strategic projectsCollaborating with the Helpdesk and technical teams to resolve escalated issuesDesigning and presenting reports/updates to stakeholders as requiredSupporting the Helpdesk team in managing the ticketing queue and assisting with any escalated ticketsAbout you:Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail3 years experience in a technical or IT coordination roleStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholdersA flexible proactive mindset and willingness to travelDegree or equivalent experienceFluency in English (Dutch or German a bonus)What we offer:Competitive salaryCompany pensionFree on-site parkingDiscounted gym membershipOpportunity to influence and shape the future of a growing organisationSupportive and collaborative leadership teamBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelors (preferred)Experience:IT support: 5 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:75% (required) Required Experience:IC Key Skills Computer Hardware,IT Experience,Mac Os,Avaya,Mobile Devices,Windows,Help Desk,IT Support,Order Fulfillment,Project Coordination,Google Suite,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
