Senior Production Manager 馃搷 London-based with travel to project sites (including occasional international travel)A leading creative technology studio specialising in immersive installations and live event experiences is seeking a Senior Production Manager to join its growing production team. This studio is known for delivering high-impact, innovative work across media, events, shows and permanent installations.馃敡 The RoleThe Senior Production Manager will take full ownership of the physical planning and delivery of complex audio-visual installation projects. Working closely with technical, creative and client teams, you will:Lead on-site operations and manage specialist staff and contractorsOversee health & safety, logistics, procurement, scheduling and budgetsCoordinate AV designs with wider construction teams and resolve on-site issuesMaintain accurate project documentation and ensure smooth handovers across project stagesSupport the sales and pre-planning process for new installationsHelp track sustainable project practices and carbon impact馃幆 What We鈥檙e Looking ForStrong AV industry experience-especially video, with awareness of audio and networkingProven experience managing contractors in build/fit-out environmentsHighly organised, detail-driven and confident in client-facing settingsComfortable working to tight deadlines with some flexible/unsocial hoursAbility to develop system designs (AutoCAD/Vectorworks) and use Microsoft 365Knowledge of AV systems such as LED displays, projectors, lighting, PA, control systems, media servers (e.g., Disguise, Pixera, Crestron, Medialon, BrightSign, TouchDesigner)Relevant site/project management qualifications (H&S, CSCS/ECS/CTS) are a bonusThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering world-class immersive experiences as part of a pioneering creative technology team.Interested candidates are encouraged to get in touch for further information.
