If you’ve already been operating at Director level and thrive on innovation, strategy, and collaboration — this one’s for you.What You’ll DoLead and evolve SEO strategy with a strong AI integration focusMentor and manage SEO specialists across the UK and IndiaDeliver AI-led audits, insights, and strategic recommendationsCreate and refine AI prompts and workflows for LLM-based toolsTurn AI-powered data into clear, actionable SEO decisionsOversee performance reporting and adapt strategy as neededAct as a senior client partner, presenting insights and driving resultsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in a Director-level SEO role (agency or client-side)Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and AI-led SEO workflowsExperience leading full-cycle AI audits and developing strategyConfident with tools like Profound, Brandlight, BrightEdge, Trajaan, AccuRankerSkilled at managing hybrid or remote teamsExcellent client-facing and presentation skillsBonus: experience with AI-powered SEO reportingWhy You’ll Love ItJoin a forward-thinking agency redefining SEO through AI.
