We are delighted to be recruiting for a national organisation that supports families, for a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their growing team. In this role you will be the central figure in crafting and executing their paid media strategy across social media and search engines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Thrives in the dynamic world of digital marketing.
  • Possesses a strong grasp of best practices in paid media.
  • Proven experience in managing and running paid social media and search campaigns.
  • A data whizz with a track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid search and social media campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise paid media accounts on a daily basis.
  • Continuously analyse performance, recommending adjustments to tactics based on data and campaign goals.
  • Foster innovation by sharing knowledge and developing the overall paid media strategy.
  • Manage bids to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
  • Compile and deliver weekly performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and team to support wider agency initiatives.
