Role Overview:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing strategy by planning, developing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various channels. This hands-on role will require you to create innovative, consumer-focused campaigns, continuously explore new opportunities, and deliver measurable results that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid search, display, and paid social campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams, including design and PR, to ensure maximum campaign efficiency.

Test and refine creative assets, targeting strategies, and landing pages to drive top-tier results.

Report on campaign performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.

Identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.

Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and a deep understanding of tracking and conversion optimization.

Ability to produce accurate, commercially focused management information (MI).

Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Desirable Criteria:
Degree educated.

Experience in a regulated financial services environment.

Experience running financial services campaigns.
