A UK-based global luxury brand dedicated to creating and manufacturing the world’s greatest driving cars is currently looking to hire a Harness Technician. The successful candidate will build electrical wiring harnesses to exacting standards, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.


The Harness Technician will:

  • Support the assembly of complex, first-time builds and prototypes.
  • Fulfill any duties required by the company to ensure quality products and services are delivered to customers on time and in full.
  • Select and prepare lineside stock parts required for assembly.
  • Identify and report any build-related issues, deviations, and continuous improvement opportunities to your line manager.
  • Follow all procedures and processes to meet the day-to-day requirements of the business, as well as quality and health and safety standards.


The Harness Technician will have:

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Previous experience with OEM or System 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace)
  • Experience with Cirris or other electrical harness testing software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and component.
