Technical Services Supervisor - Non for Profit Organisation - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a progressive business based around Mitcham who are looking to recruit a high quality Technical Services Supervisor to join their team. The company have a strong benefits package including 27 days plus bank holiday, a company vehicle, a generous pension package alongside other discounts.Role:Duties will include;

  • Responsible for the supervision, health, safety, and wellbeing of the building services team
  • Manage the Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner (CAFM), helpdesk or Technical Delivery Manger, ensuring that operational standards are maintained at all times
  • Manage the distribution of works to ensure priority of statutory compliance and maintenance of services in critical environments
  • Implement new standards and lead change to manage continual improvement
  • Manage the scheduled, reactive and remedial maintenance services

Person:The successful candidate will:

  • Must have team management experience
  • Hold a driving license
