As a leader in the industry, they are expanding their Private Capital Advisory team by adding a senior individual to the team to focus on GP-led transactions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of Secondaries transactions, including GP-led deals
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the Private Capital and Secondaries space
  • Work with the origination team to identify and onboard clients to the platform.
  • Analyse and interpret relevant data to inform investment strategies and client recommendations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the team's overall success
  • Identify potential risks associated with transactions and develop effective mitigation strategies.


Qualification

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Secondaries, at an Investment Bank, GP, or an Advisory firm
  • Proven track record in originating & executing GP-Led secondaries transactions
  • Strong LBO modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
