Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of inside sales representatives, and fostering strong customer relationships within the Oil and Gas industry in the UK. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting our exceptional line of pumps and mechanical seals while providing top-tier technical support to our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Oil and Gas industry in the UK.
  • Provide technical expertise and comprehensive product knowledge to assist inside sales representatives in addressing customer inquiries and recommending suitable pump and mechanical seal solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure our products align with customer demands and industry standards.
  • Generate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for UK-based clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil and Gas sector in the UK.
  • Provide regular reports on inside sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.
  • Stay current on industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Participate in regular sales and strategy meetings to contribute to company growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, sales management, or a related field, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and product knowledge, particularly pumps and mechanical seals.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • A customer-centric and solution-oriented approach to inside sales.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
