Commercial Property Solicitor

Office working/ Chippenham pay Up to £60,000

I am excited to represent aswell established high street law firm. They are looking for a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join this progressive and supportive team. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in the success of the team, working closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and guidance. With a relaxed working environment where dogs are welcome in the office.

The Role:

  • The role involves managing all aspects of commercial property transactions, including daily oversight of related work files.
  • The firm serves prominent regional and national clients, including FTSE100 companies, providing engaging, high-quality work in a supportive environment with excellent staff retention.
  • The candidate will work alongside and be supported by the Director, with assistance from paralegals and secretarial staff.
  • This position offers a varied but manageable caseload, ideal for skill development and building client relationships.
  • There are opportunities for career progression and the chance to join a growing team.

This is what you will be doing as a Commercial Property:

As part of this dynamic team, you will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property cases, managing from inception to conclusion.

This is what you will be bringing to the team:

You will be either an Associate/ Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE

In addition, you will have:

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work closely with clients to provide practical legal advice.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Experience of working with high-value transactions and complex legal matters.
