HGV Class 2 Day Driver GatwickAt EVRiwe lead the way in delivery and always on the lookout for new talent Were market leaders and we invest to keep on growing.We aim to think inside and outside the box striving to be the carrier of choice for every consumer in the UK.We currently have exciting flexible opportunities for HGV Class 2 Day Drivers (or Cat C Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our newGatwickdepot.Dayshifts typically start between13:00pm - 16:00pmWhat Youll Do:OurHGV Class 2drivers work on shifts safely transporting our palletised parcels to Couriers or collectingfromDelivery Units (thats where our couriers pick them up). You will typically have a run with 4 - 5drops ensuring the safe efficient driving of vehicles and keeping thepaperwork updated.Our full-time HGV Class 2 driver roles are 40 hours a weekbut flexible contracts and part time hours are time is any 5 shifts out of 7 rotas are given in advance.What We Can Offer You:15.56per hour with an overtime rate of23.34per houronce fulltime hours are completed.In addition to our competitive salary our full time colleagues enjoy a minimum of 32 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) 3% contribution into your pension &life assurance. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
