Driver Hire Gatwick is looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers working at our client’s Crawley depot.If you’re a competent and qualified HGV Driver looking for a new role that offers variety, working for a number of our prestigious clients – where no two days are ever the same – along with great pay rates and the option to work flexible hours to suit you, the opportunity to join our team might be perfect for you. The company is known for providing competitive and dependable logistics solutions across the UK. They are seeking an experienced or aspiring Class 2 driver to support their friendly team. Start Times: From 5-6am Location: Crawley (Within 20 miles) Pay rates: 18£ per hour Key Responsibilities: Deliver palletised freight across the South of England. General haulage Ensure vehicle checks comply with Health and Safety criteria Adhere to driving hours and safety regulations Ensure safe loading/unloading of goods About You: You must hold a valid driving license, CPC card and Tacho card Be able to operate the vehicle responsibly and safely, ensuring loads are safe and secure. No more than 6 points, with no major endorsements/convictions. No (CD/IN/DR/TT) PPE Hi-Viz and Safety boots Would need own transport to get to and from the workplace. Should comply with on-site health and safety requirements Benefits: Excellent pay rates including an assignment rate of 18£/hour Umbrella rate Weekly pay Working for a well-known company.
