  • Supporting the development and implementation of FP&A processes.
  • Engaging in business partnering to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of our financial practices in line with their growth trajectory.
  • Maintain the Company’s international operations financial books and records.
  • Lead a small team of management accountants, and maintain relationships with accounting and taxation advisors.
  • Oversee month-end closing process including to include journal entry and financial statement review (some hands-on work may be required during the close process with specific journals and reports).
  • Manage and review general ledger account analysis including bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate/facilitate the annual financial audit with the Company’s external auditors, including the preparation of year-end schedules for all international operations and the audit of international legal entities.
  • Analyse and interpret financial data versus budget and prior year results and report to management with detailed narrative to aid decision making.
  • Create reporting as required to support all queries on financial data.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

  • Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • Experience performing and managing all aspects of month end closing process, general ledger analysis, tax and cash management functions.
  • Experience in distribution and/or manufacturing/ engineering environment is preferred but not essential
  • Experience with international financial transactions and operational sites / legal entities.
  • Experience in multiple countries, multiple cultures, multiple operations.
  • Effective communications skills, leadership skills and analytical skills required.
