They're now looking to recruit a new Business Development professional to join the team in North Bradley. This role is being brought in to generate leads and develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, generating own leads using an innovative approach to outreach.
  • Managing all new client accounts to achieve sales targets, including upselling products and services.
  • Thinking outside of the box to find potential prospects and make initial contact.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop strategic plans.
  • Utilising CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads and forecast sales.
  • Using LinkedIn and other platforms to outreach to prospective clients.


Experience and skills required:

  • Experience in a previous business development position.
  • Proven sales experience brining in new business and generating own leads.
  • A real hunter passion for sales and scoping out prospects.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Passionate for driving sales and hitting personal targets.
  • A positive, creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • A great team player alongside the ability to work autonomously.
