Head of Digital and Campaign Marketing

WisdomTree is seeking a strategic, innovative and experienced Head of Digital and Campaign Marketing based in London to lead our digital presence and marketing campaigns in Europe.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will take responsibility for overseeing and executing the digital and campaign marketing strategy and initiatives for WisdomTree's business in Europe, leading 3 teams composed of 7 members. The ideal candidate will combine strong and proven leadership skills and expertise in digital and campaign marketing.
Key Accountabilities and Scope
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital and campaign marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and acquisition (ETF flows) across marketing channels: including SEM, social media, email, display advertising, etc.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of multi-channel campaigns, including audience targeting, channel selection, messaging, creative, and performance tracking.
- Manage the company's digital assets to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.
- Utilise data-driven insights to measure marketing performance, identify trends, and optimise campaigns in real-time.
- Work closely with European Head of Marketing and internal stakeholders to set marketing strategy, goals and budget.
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing colleagues (content, PR and events) and internal teams such as product, research, sales, and compliance to align marketing efforts with distribution and business goals.
- Lead an ambitious and talented team of marketing professionals, providing strategic guidance and mentorship.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and campaign management, preferably in asset management and ETFs.
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong leadership (at least 3-5 years in a leadership role), communication, and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of the asset management industry (ETF experience preferred) and distribution channels (both for retail and professional investors).
- Strategic thinker with an innovative approach to digital marketing and passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Experience with data analytics, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation techniques.
