Role Overview:

As a Workday Integrations Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex integration solutions for our clients. Leveraging your deep understanding of Workday integrations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and deliver unparalleled value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather integration requirements, analyse business processes, and design efficient integration solutions.
  • Develop, configure, and test integrations using any relevant tools, such as Workday Extend, Studio, Prism, and similar.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the integration implementation process, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in Workday integrations and related technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of integration best practices, methodologies, and documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Partner-level Certification(s) in Workday.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience and expertise in Workday integrations, with a strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Workday tools such as Extend, Studio, Prism, EIBs, etc., is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail in designing and implementing integration solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
