A global law firm is seeking a 0-6 PQE associate to join their well-established tax practice.  The tax team advises on a wide range of real estate and corporate matters in both domestic and cross border transactions. It has significant expertise in advising occupiers, investors and developers on a variety of taxes, and regularly provides advice to corporate clients and entrepreneurs on restructuring, demergers, joint ventures and tax efficient investments and exits.

Experience required:

  • Qualified in England and Wales or a common law jurisdiction with 0-4 PQE.
  • Have gained experience with a large regional or national practice.
  • Strong academics.
  • A background in a recognised tax law practice.
  • Ability to give practical, clear advice.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
