Junior Legal Secretary - MANCHESTER

A very fast growing and reputable Law firm based in Manchester, is seeking a Junior Legal Secretary/ assistant to join them

The salary for the roles vary from 22k to 25k dependant on level of experience.

The ideal candidate would have 1/2 years experience working as an administrator within a law firm and looking to progress.

Requirements: Either a Cilex qualification or prior legal secretarial experience.

The role:

Supporting Associates and Partners you will be required to:

  • Manage diaries
  • Book global travel
  • Assist in preparing pitches and presentations
  • Billing for the team
  • Produce accurate documents
  • Respond to emails
  • Open/close matter files
  • Take calls for the team
  • Keep client contact lists up to date
  • Assist in preperation of events
  • Help to setup confrence and video calls
  • Assist with general administration
