Our passion for great hospitality and commitment to quality has earned us a loyal following. We're now looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and help us continue to thrive and expand.

The Role:

As Operations Manager, Youll be working closely with the Company Director. Youll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pub group, ensuring the smooth running of all sites, and delivering high-quality experiences for our customers. You'll work closely with our managers and staff, focusing on operational efficiency, staff training and customer service. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent service standards and operational excellence.
  • Lead, inspire, and support Pub Managers and staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive sales growth through innovative promotions and initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular site visits to assess operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

This is a hands on Job role where you will be required to work shifts to get a feel for each venue, the staff, the clientele & what makes each venue tick.

  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager or in a GeneralManager role in hospitality, ideally within a pub or restaurant group.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Preferably cellar trained, although not essential.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to management with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Passion for great hospitality and customer service.
