Security Shift Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesYoull play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:Supervising and supporting a team of Security Officers.Ensuring all personnel are trained and SIA licensed.Managing rosters and shift cover for holidays sickness and absences.Monitoring performance conducting monthly check-ins and supporting development.Maintaining site documentation and assignment instructions.Reporting incidents in line with company and client procedures.Overseeing security systems including CCTV Access Control and Alarms.Supporting emergency protocols and training implementation.Acting as the first point of contact for security-related queries during your shift.Please note - The responsibilities listed here arent the full picturebut they give you a good sense of the role.
