This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and purpose-driven team where your organisational skills and people-first mindset will help us attract develop and retain the next generation of talent.What youll be doing:Coordinating assessment centres and managing logistics for assessors and candidatesManaging the Future Talent mailbox and ensuring timely professional communicationPlanning and delivering attraction and outreach events with internal and external partnersRepresenting Legal & General at events inductions and training sessionsAdministering finance processes including purchase orders invoices and expensesSupporting project workstreams and contributing to team-wide initiativesBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted point of contactDesigning and delivering engaging skills sessions that promote inclusive opportunitiesQualifications : Who were looking for:Experience in administrative or coordination roles with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all levelsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook Excel and TeamsA collaborative approach with a focus on delivering a great candidate experienceAdaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentA commitment to fairness inclusion and positive outcomes for allConfidence in representing the organisation at internal and external eventsWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
