About the role: As a Teaching Assistant- Behavioural, you will be working closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to support their learning, behaviour, and emotional development. You will work under the guidance of teaching staff and SENCOs to help deliver tailored support strategies that break down barriers to learning and promote inclusion.
