We're looking for temporary Executive Assistants with strong language skills to join our temp community.

Our clients make up 85% of the world's leading global private equity and alternative investment firms, and many have opportunities for temporary assignments of varying lengths.

This could mean opportunities for regular work within the West End/Mayfair area of London, with assignments ranging from a few weeks through to longer-term opportunities.

We’re looking for EA's who:

Hold strong language skillsAre adaptable and proactiveHave strong organisational skillsCan provide comprehensive support

Your main responsibilities will be (but are not limited to):

Complex diary and inbox managementArranging complex travel itinerariesManaging expensesOther administrative tasks to the assigned team(s)/individual(s)

Benefits and details:

Fully office based, in London's West End and MayfairPotential hourly rate of up to £28ph plus holiday payFree breakfasts and lunches included with many of our clientsFantastic flexible opportunity to support within leading PE firms

Prior industry experience isn't always required however exposure to Private Equity or boutique finance or similar fast-paced environments is desirable.
