The firm invests heavily in professional development and offers a clear path for career advancement.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload including:Commercial leases and freehold transactionsDevelopment and agricultural landActing for SIPPs/SASs corporates and individualsAdvising on lender requirements option and promotion agreements and overage mattersMaintain regular client contact and deliver clear practical advice.Draft and negotiate legal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices contributing to shared team success.Engage in business development with marketing support from a dedicated in-house team.The Ideal Candidate:Qualified Solicitor (NQ 3 years PQE) with solid knowledge of commercial property law.Excellent drafting communication and negotiation skills.Able to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines confidently.Collaborative team player with a strong client-care ethic.Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to business development.Desirable:Previous experience in a Legal 500-recognised environment.Experience working with corporate or agricultural property clients.Interest in mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.CultureThe firm offers a supportive culture that values worklife balance and long-term career growth.
